Electronic form (IT Application)

Gonna post a short post regarding Electronic Form .Last two weeks, We were asked by Sir Moe to do the exercise on electronic forms from the notes he gave us. Electronic form is a form which you can fill up online and save more time.

The advantage of using electronic form /Reasons why most people choose electronic form rather than written form :-

• Save time and money
• Reduce time to fill out - Clicking is faster than writing, and responses can be changed without erasing so each respondent saves valuable work time
• Eliminate paper and printing costs.
• Eliminate disposal of paper
• Edit and Modify - Online and web-survey forms can be easily modified as changes are needed, or to make data entry more clear to participants.

I have yet to give the soft copy of my electronic form, will give the soft copy to Sir Moe probably after the exams.
